How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders for delivery to a New Zealand address;

  • Urban addresses: Allow 1-2 working days

  • Rural addresses: Allow 3-4 working days

All orders are dispatched on the same day, or the following day if your order is placed outside of business hours. All orders are sent with NZ Couriers or Post Haste and are tracked.

How do I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Do you ship overseas?

Absolutely, why not. Just contact us and we’ll arrange a quote for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Mate NZ is committed to providing quality products to our customers. We understand some of the challenges of buying online. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you will be able to exchange this for an alternative product or request a full refund (excluding freight) if;

  • You return the product within 10 days of receiving your order

  • You provide proof of purchase

  • The item is unused and with all tags and labels still attached

For all returns (except where the item is faulty) you are required to pay/arrange for return of the product.

Where are your products manufactured?

Right here in mighty Levin, New Zealand.

What are your products manufactured from?

Canvas: A blended polyester/cotton waterproof canvas, it is a very tightly constructed fabric as it is woven from fine yarn counts. It’s purpose built for the rugged environment it will be exposed to.

Canvas is used for our gear bag, meat bag, handy chair, chaps, pouch, first aid kits, rifle bag, ammo pouch, gps pouch and gaiters.

Oilskin: A 100% waxed cotton oilskin, the oldest textile known to man. In fact, the patch

Oilskin is used for gaiters and chaps.

Nylon:

Nylon is used for our meat safe, modular bivvy and modular bivvy with mosquito nets.
